Buyer Information Form

The following form will be used to obtain information regarding your purchase.  This form should be completed BY BUYERS ONLY.  Once the form is completed you will have the ability to save a copy of the form that you submit to Parast Law.

Once you’ve finished, you’ll be able to save a copy of your submission for your records.

Information you will be required to provide (gather this information before proceeding):
  • Buyer Names - full legal name as it will appear on deed.
  • Buyer(s) Social Security Numbers (Tax id for entities).
  • Buyer(s) Email Address.
  • Buyer(s) Contact Phone - at least 1 phone number for each buyer.
  • Mortgage Lender - Name and Phone (unless cash purchase).
