  • Seller(s) Social Security Numbers (Tax id for entities).
  • Seller(s) Email Address.
  • Seller(s) Contact Phone - at least 1 phone number for each seller.
  • Property Tax Parecl ID(s)
  • Lender, Loan/Account Number, Phone for all existing Mortgages, Equity Lines of Credit and/or Liends on property.
  • Homeowners/Condominium Association contact information
