The following form will be used to obtain information regarding your property sale. This form should be completed BY SELLERS ONLY. Once the form is completed you will have the ability to save a copy of the form that you submit to Parast Law.

Seller Names (Full Legal Names)
Seller(s) Social Security Numbers (Tax id for entities).
Seller(s) Email Address.
Seller(s) Contact Phone - at least 1 phone number for each seller.
Property Tax Parecl ID(s)
Lender, Loan/Account Number, Phone for all existing Mortgages, Equity Lines of Credit and/or Liends on property.
Homeowners/Condominium Association contact information
